Sid from Diagnose a car was brilliant. He worked tirelessly on the car for around 4 days. He'd bought a new(second hand) ECU, which we paid for, but when this wouldn't work refitted the old one refunded the cost of the ECU and would only take the diagnostic charge. My car, a 2016 Corsa, for 2-3 years had been letting me down. The electrics were a nightmare. On hot days it wouldn't start. I tried numerous mechanics, non could help. Either not interested or no idea what to do. Then I found Sid at Diagnose-a-car... He spent hours trying to find the fault & eventually he did. He has the patience of a saint. The outcome was a replacement electrical circuit board (& everything that went with it) & a New battery. Sid just plugged away at the problem until it was resolved. I can't Thank him enough for his time, patience & kindness in fixing my car as I honestly thought it would be scrapped. It has resulted in the best driving experience for about 2 years, especially through the summer when 9 times out of 10 it wouldn't start. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this miracle mechanic.... ABS, Power steering and Hand brake light came on. Called Diagnose-A-Car. Very prompt and diagnosed that my car's alternator was not giving full power. Got Alternator changed. Since then it's been working fine.

I have a warranty with Bristol Street Motors in Leicester. My Skoda Fabia lost it's dipped main beam. BSM in Leicester couldn't fix it. They sent me to their main Skoda in Derby. A whole day. Still couldn't find the problem. Diagnose a car came bang on time today. Tested everything and concluded it was the light switch. Bought one from a scrap dealer for £10. Fitted myself. Lights on! Super serwis! Miałam problem z MOT, przecięty/przetarty kabelek od światła. Parę serwisów odmówiło pomocy. Toyota kazala czekać 2 tyg na części. Panowie z Diagnose-A-Car po krótkiej rozmowie ustalili bardzo korzystną cenę, przyjechali po godzinie i rozwiązali problem w godzinę. Rewelacja! Szczerze polecam! Il servizio stupendo! Ho avuto un problema con il MOT, un cavo della luce tagliato/sfilacciato. Diversi siti hanno rifiutato d’aiutare. Toyota mi ha detto d’aspettare 2 settimane per le parti. I signori di Diagnose-A-Car, dopo una breve conversazione, hanno concordato un prezzo molto favorevole, sono arrivati ​​dopo un'ora e hanno risolto il problema nel giro di un'ora. Gli consiglio sinceramente! Goede service! Ik had een probleem met de APK, een kapotte/rafelende lichtkabel. Verschillende services weigerden te helpen. Would highly recommend this company anyone who ever have electric issues with their cars rang them this morning came out with in the hour told me the fault and they are getting parts I need  and said car be up and running by end of the week friendly polite and very courteous
